Return Policy
Yaman Electronics’ goal is customer happiness and satisfaction. In case you are not happy with our product(s), or didn’t get what you ordered, or didn’t like the product(s) for any reason. This would not be a good situation for us, and we do apologize from the bottom of our hearts in the mentioned cases. So, instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
- Just tell us what went wrong
- Send along a picture of the product(s)
- We’ll give you your money back in full (deducting the transaction fees of 3.5%+$0.3 and shipping cost).
Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Please note: Refunds are processed within 14 business days, and then it can take an additional 5 business days to show in your bank accounts.
